Wow . . . sugar is BAD!

This clip was on 60 Minutes . . . sugar is worse than I realized. Watch here Now, I'm not eating any actual refined sugar, but this sounds like honey is almost as bad. I have chosen to consume stevia even though it is technically allowed on the GAPS diet, because it is proven to be safe (in its natural form) and does not feed gut pathogens like Candida.
